Complex and approachable, with an intensely aromatic and flavorful blend of white varietals that create a wine with depth. Spicy and floral on the nose, with a lush and tropical palate. Drink with just about anything, though it pairs particularly well with spicy foods.

Barrel fermentation in new and seasoned French oak added toasty vanilla and spice complexities, and during 10 months of barrel aging, we regularly stirred the "lees" in barrel, which gives a creamy texture on the palate. In the glass the wine is both creamy and crisp, with abundant fruit, mineral, and toasty oak flavors.
Gold color tinged with green. Fermented in small cement wine tanks imported from France. Crisp and minerally in the Chablis style, while showing off the tropical fruit of the Pacific Coast. Honeydew and melon pair up with pineapple and lemon zest with this delicious take on unoaked Chardonnay.

Sweet berry and jam on the nose. Full-bodied, with ultrafine tannins and very pretty ripe fruit. Deliciously drinkable now. Accents of raisin and honey round out a delectable little drink.
Intensely perfumed of ripe cassis, black cherry compote and blackberry pie with hints of dried plums, aniseed, tar and spice cake. Full bodied and vibrantly fruited on the palate, it offers an abundance of juicy black berry flavor.
Aromas of nutmeg, mocha and coconut lead into bright, fruit flavors of blackberry, ripe cherry and plum on the palate. The nutty finish is soft and long with a hint of vanilla.
The 2008 Syrah Canterbury Vineyard displays plenty of earthy, dusty, loamy soil notes with some roasted herbs and plums/cherries in a Mediterranean but low-intensity, medium-bodied style.

The Steltzner Claret is a rich, big wine, which starts off with hints of Bing cherries, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, and sweet oak on the nose. Once in the glass you will notice its dark brick red and ruby color, and taste notes of sweet dried cherries, baking spices, vanilla, and cedar.
Starts supple with currant, plum, herb, and olive tones framed by firm, cedary tannin. Smooths out even more on the palate as the wine opens, and rewards the drinker with concentrated blackberry and cassis flavors, with a hint of pepper.

Amazingly complex, firm, dense and concentrated, with a vivid, lively, structured mix of dried currant, mineral, cedar, sage and tobacco notes. Fills out nicely on the finish and holds its focus, ending with a satisfyingly chewy, rich bundle of dark berry fruit.
Complex and balanced, in a medium- to full-bodied and delicate manner, with floral, red berry and plum flavors shaded by a touch of mineral and graphite and ending with tannins that display a cedary, woodsy, charry roasted herb edge.
