Many of our dishes are true Southern Classics, but Southwestern, Mediterranean and American Cuisines come together to make our menu unique and delicious. Wood Fired Flatbreads are for great starters to share. A classic like Rotisserie Chicken is updated by with a Sweet Tea marinade. Simple pork chops are transformed into a brined and smoked Pork Porterhouse with Creamy Roasted Poblano Grits and Maple Brandy Glaze. Cream and butter have taken a back seat to Extra Virgin Olive Oil when making Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. All of our soups, sauces, marinades and salad dressings are made fresh, in house. Signature Items include our unique Prime Hanger Steak, Wood Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad, Fresh Pan Seared Sea Bass and our Sweet Tea Rotisserie Chicken.
Our goal is to provide the freshest food prepared in a way that will accommodate any dietary or nutritional requirements but still engage your senses and, of course, satisfies your cravings.
